Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Major Cities: 2–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 4–8 business days
- Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or order values.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.
- Customers are requested to ensure availability at the provided address when the courier arrives.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if available).
- You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.
Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, our team may contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within Pakistan.
